Our focus on customers

Our ever-expanding business means that we deal with a lot of sites every day. In order to cater for our customers appropriately, we’ve recently created a new role within our company: that of Customer Care Manager.

We’re pleased to announce that Mark Harfield, an experienced fencer, now heads up our Customer Care team. Mark’s primary role will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding quickly to defects and making sure our customers are kept informed when issues will be resolved.

This team development is another indication of the emphasis that Borderland is placing on our customers’ needs, and that of their businesses.
