How you brought additional value or innovation to the project?
Being in a conservation area, the exterior storage units for this building have to be sympathetic to the surrounding area. Encouraging a environmentally sound attitude from the new tenants, Park Centrale needed to provide extensive secure storage for Bikes. We were able to build and install a bespoke wooden unit, which met the strict requirements set out by the developer and planning council.
