How you brought additional value or innovation to the project?
Part of the council 106 agreement, which is the document that states what the developer must do to improve the local community or surrounding area, was to create an environmental area in which scrubland could grow without any major restriction, with the ability to be enjoyed by the community. Therefore Borderland advised on and installed a series of goat fences which clearly defined the environmental area, without causing a restriction on local wildlife.
