How you brought additional value or innovation to the project?
The key for the start of this development was security, as it is a very open site. We used a combination of standard hoarding and steel hoarding and mesh gates. Exceptionally strong and long lasting products, which will provide a good level of security for the duration of the development.
The development:
Near Carpenters Down Woods on the outskirts of Basingstoke, Bramley Fields is a haven for couples and families, with only two 1 bedroom apartments remaining. There is a good bus service into town, two schools close by and easy access to the M3.
